Our company has always been attentive to the quality and the issues of environmental sustainability, for this reason it adopts the Integrated Combat Disciplines of the Apulia Region and uses the most qualified technical assistance with numerous and accurate controls, made directly on the production field by periodically physical-chemical analysis of soils, irrigation water analysis and accurate analysis of the obtained products. Commitment and attention to products and customers have allowed us, for several years and among the first in Salento,to achieve two important aims: Global Gap(Good Agricoltural Practice) certification, a protocol of security measures that attests to the respect of rigid Parameters at each level of the production chain and GRASP(GLOBAL G.A.P Risk on Assesment On Social Practice) module, focused on the valutation of the social aspects connected to the activities of the employees in agriculture. It allows company to develop and manage inside, effectively, aspects wich concern the staff(Responsibility of Management, condition of employees, contracts and payrolls) offering to its customers, always very careful to the topics of Welfare and good social practice, detailed valutation on those arguments. Those important certification pose the Ciaccia’s farm company like the national and European best companies both for the production of high quality farm articles, and in the handle of employees.
